I Started A D3 Supplement Last Night. Then, The Room

I started a D3 supplement last night. then, the room started spinning around. I went to bed early. This morning, it wasn't as bad. But I have not hand any appetite. I vomited water this AM. I called my doctor's office, described my symptoms; they suggested I might have vertigo. I get up for a little while. Then it continues. I'm not really familiar with vertigo.
