I Started A New Birth Control Called Enskyce A Month

I started a new birth control called Enskyce a month ago. I missed a pill and started spotting so I stopped taking my pills but u never fully had a period. Now I have been off my pills for almost two weeks and still haven't had a period and a pregnant test was negative. When can I start my birth control again?
