I Started A Yeast Infection About A Week Ago And

I started a yeast infection about a week ago and have been treating it with tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar and taking AZO yeast tablets. Since then there has been no more itching, burning and all the swollenness has gone down to normal. However, there is still a lot thick, white discharge chilling in there. Is the yeast infection coming to an end or has AZO just cured the symptoms and I still have a bad infection?
