I Started Applying Hydroquinone Cream Usp With A-ret Gel 0.1%

I started applying hydroquinone cream usp with A-ret gel 0.1% since from past 3 days twice a day with johnson baby lotion...but no, when i apply those creams it burns too much and also wn i wash my face with soap, i cannot even touch my face bcz of burns...what should i do in this case?
