I Started Bleeding A Light Red Then The Next Day

I started bleeding a light red then the next day it is still light red but there is also a brownish color to it. Am I pregnant? I haven't had my period yet since a little bit before September 16 and normally i get my cycle in the beginning of each month and now its November 17th.. so does this mean im pregnant?
