I Started Coughing Around 9/13. Have Post Nasal Drip. Yesterday

I started coughing around 9/13. Have Post nasal drip. Yesterday 9/25 my left upper back started to hurt when I would cough. Now it left that spot and it hurts on my upper left chest and side. I do have problems with inflammation flare ups in my back and chest now and then. (I have both inflammation in my colon and ankylosing spondylitis). Other than that I am in good health. Age 51, 5 6', 122 pounds.
