I Started Developing Itching Around My Penis And Mouth, After

I started developing itching around my penis and mouth, after two days of itching I started developing sore in my mouth and lips then also watery sore around my penis I have already taken CLAVULIN ,ENORAL(ketoconazole ) ,SECNIDAZOLE,HISTAZINE(Cetirizine Dihydrochloride) but don't see signs of improvement am I taking the wrong medications or what should I do to feel better... I have no signs of fever or headache actually. Pls help me
