I Started Developing Sore On D Base Of My Penis

I started developing sore on d base of my penis and when I did a wound swab, I was told I have a heavy growth of staphylococcus spp. No bacteria in my urine, just the wound swab. I was asked to take amoxicillin for 7days and 2day is d 6th day but I stil feel weak, another sore just started and d infection is also stil in my throat (tongsil). Please what other treatment would you recommend or what do I do
