I Started Dry Coughing Yesterday And This Morning I Woke

I started dry coughing yesterday and this morning I woke up and I felt like I had been hit all over my body. My whole entire body aches all over. I cannot quit coughing and I am weak and very tired and I slept good last night. My nose is also running. Me not feeling well came upon me very sudden and I also have fever. I did get the Flu shot this year about a month and half ago so I am not too sure what I may have. Help?
