I started exercising a few years ago to help with weight loss and as I've lost weight my heart rate has gotten better(lower). But I've noticed when I'm sitting quietly reading or watching television my heart rate slows down and is lower than it ever has been. As low as 48 or 49. It has me a little concerned. How low is too low?
