I Started Getting A Brown Spot On My Leg The

I started getting a brown spot on my leg the size of a dime then I noticed another on my right arm then more spots starting to spread on my arm, my underarms closer to my breast and now in different spots on my belly. I also get a tingling sensation in the general area near the spots which in retrospect also started in my leg but at the time I thought it was bad circulation and I should start walking again. I now have the tingling sensation all over my upper body, as well as HUGE itchiness in the area of the spots, Can you please tell me what this could be?
