I Started Getting A Kink In My Neck The Other

I started getting a kink in my neck the other evening and when I woke up the next morning it was very stiff and continued to get worse then the next night it was so bad there would be shooting pain up my skull it feels like there's a bruise behind my ear right at the base of my skull.the pain is so bad it makes me break out in a sweat and feel like I'm going to puke.I couldn't hardly move this morning it hurt so bd
