I Started Getting Pus Filled Bumps On My Legs A

I started getting pus filled bumps on my legs a few weeks ago. I thought it would just go away. But now its getting worse to where i itch my legs so much, im leaving scabs. I think its from the water up north from where i live. Or maybe when i fell in the lake up north and not showering right after. Im scared to go to the doctors.
