I Started Getting What Looks Like Pimples On My Buttocks.

I started getting what looks like pimples on my buttocks. Their small and red. But they seem more like some kind of bites because of how many have appeared. My dog sleeps in bed with me also. Is there anything he could bring to bed and have bite me? Other than fleas.
