I Started Having A Bad Smell From The Down Stairs

I started having a bad smell from the down stairs area about a mouth ago. I have took everything for a yeast infection. creams and pills. I have tryed stuff for pH balance. but the fishy strong smell is still here. and discharge is sometime milky white then sometimes yellow. and sometimes when I pee and wipe it looks like pieces of skin thick pieces of skin come out. what could make this happen.
