I Started Having A Burning, Tingling Feeling From The Top

I started having a burning, tingling feeling from the top of my head, down both arms into my hands, in my torso, and on the tops of my thighs. I started with a sudden dizzy feeling and then the burning tingling. This went on for about an hour and a half. It would come and go. Then it didn't happen again for about 5 hours until I got in my car to leave work???? Any ideas???
