I Started Having A Sharp Pain In My Lower Right

I started having a sharp pain in my lower right side yesterday. It has become intermittently recurrent where the pain hits at about a 4/5 out of 10. It subsides, reoccurs, subsides and reoccurs approximately 3-6 times then stops for up to several hours then comes back and repeats the same pattern. This has happened 3 times since yesterday morning. I don't believe it's appendicitis and can't find any other possible causes.
