I Started Having Chest Pressure 3 Years Ago. I Went

I started having chest pressure 3 years ago. I went to a cardiologist who ran a stress test and said my heart was in great shape, it was probably just stress from not resting enough.
The pressure has gotten worse and sometimes lasts several days without much relief. I am also experiencing a lot more fatigue. My resting BP is 88/52 and my pulse is 75. I have a heart murmur that has existed my whole life; I was born with a small hole in my heart as my mother did cocaine while pregnant with me.
If this is just stress, do I not need to be concerned?
I am 5'4" and 135 lbs.
