I Started Having Diarrhea After Taking An Antibiotic For A

I started having diarrhea after taking an antibiotic for a UTI infection. It has been months now, I am not in pain, no vomiting....but have diarrhea after every meal. I have noticed my hair is thinning at an alarming rate. Should I take vitamins to stop this?
