I Started Having Diarrhea For Three Days Plus Feeling Nauseous

I started having diarrhea for three days plus feeling nauseous and then it stopped for almost 3 days and then started again and now I have a 102 fever. I have kept drinking fluids and have been able to eat but with a lesser appetite. I just took Advil to bring the fever down. What should I do? At first I thought it was food poisoning but then the diarrhea stopped for 3 days.
