I Started Having Diarrhea On Sunday. Along With That I

I started having diarrhea on Sunday. Along with that I have been passing bright red blood. I am now experiencing bloating in my abdomen. The diarrhea has stopped and the bleeding has decreased. I am seeing my doc tomorrow and had blood work done today. Do I need to do anything tonight or can I wait until tomorrow?
