I Started Having Hip Soreness, Pain And Stiffness. Then It

I started having hip soreness, pain and stiffness. Then it traveled to my knees with little lumps that feels like bruises but are not bruises but has a little redness on the skin overtop the little lumps. Now it's in my shoulders and I can't get my arms over my head. What is going on? This has all happened in a two week time period.
