I Started Having Mild Sharp Pains That Seemed To Come

I started having mild sharp pains that seemed to come from my collar bone near my throat I could feel and see a noticeable quarter size lump looking like the bone was sticking out on the right side. when I manipulate it it feels like the bone but it is around the bone and possible much more under the bone . I am 49 female in great physical shape 5,6'' tall 145lbs fair skin musclur . I smoke a pack a week or less eat pretty healthy three grown children ???????
