I Started Having Minor Paid In My Testicles Mainly The

I started having minor paid in my testicles mainly the right side. It almost felt like everything was tight, both testicles and the sac. Today I have narrowed it down specifically down to the right testicle is the one causing discomfort. It's not a throbbing pain it's just an irritating pain that pretty much is all the time. At times it feels like when one of your testicles gets pushed back in you and I even check to see if that's the case and it never is, it just sometimes feels like that. I also noticed tha it may be slightly swollen and that the pain is not just in my testicle it's kind of like the right side of my groin is sensitive. I have not found and growths or bumps in either testicle, I have no stds, and I have no other symptoms such as headaches, nausea, trouble urinating, etc etc. I have always worn boxer shorts i don't know if that has anything to do with anything.
