What Should I Do If I Have Persistent Pain And Pressure At The Top Of My Head That Hasn’t Improved With Painkillers While Havingh Tension Headache?

I started having pain and pressure in the middle of the top of my head on 3rd April. I took paracetamol, and ibuprofen, neither of these helped. I went to a walk in centre on 6th April, and had a good examination, the nurse told me it was a tension headache. The pain continued,even with painkillers. I saw my GP on 9th April,who told me the same thing. The pain and pressure continues, what shall I do? please advise me. Paracetamol and ibuprofen do not help.
