I Started Having Pain In My Right Testicle In Jul

I started having pain in my right testicle in Jul when I sat for more than a half hour, the longer I sat the worse it got. This progressed to the point that it hurt all the time. I seen a general surgeon, was told I needed to see the urologist, he determined I needed to see the Nero surgeon. He decided I needed a disk ectomy at L2-L3. After the surgery my symptoms got worse, I now have swelling in the groin that wraps around my back, not just the right side but both right &left. I can no longer sit, bend over, walk any distance or stand for any length of time . I am in pain 24/7. I don't feel this is related to a spinal issue. I was referred today pain management, they don't seem to be interested in knowing why I am having the pain, just keep giving me shots, saying well let's try this shot and come back in two weeks. I guess that's fine if you're not the one in pain, and you get to go to work and get a paycheck. Where can I go together find out what is causing this, not just trying to cover the symptoms?
