I Started Having Pain In My Upper T-Spine Area For

I started having pain in my upper T-Spine area for about 2 months. I'm a 28 year old healthy, and active female. Drug and alcohol free and I haven't had any injury to my back that I know of. It hurts worse at night and if direct pressure is applied to that area. I can pinpoint the exact spot and it's very severe and sharp. It recently started getting worse and now it hurts to bend and with any type of ROM. My legs hurt and I started to have trouble emptying my bladder. I do get frequent UTI's but I haven't had any dysuria. In the last 2 days I've experienced fevers.. no higher than 101 and sweating really bad. I went to the ER and they did an X-ray and blood work. My WBC was elevated but they said my inflammation markers that would indicate something serious were normal. My UA was normal as well. I did notice I've lost some weight as well. The doctor gave me some anti-inflammatories and pain meds and said it's nothing to worry about, but I'm normally a healthy person and very rarely get fevers or any type of muscle pain. I'm concerned and wandering if I should get a second opinion?
