I Started Having Pain On My Left Side Ribs And

I started having pain on my left side ribs and shoulder, never injured it. I also can't quit shaking, not really cold. My temp is around 100*. Also, have had dizzy spells for the last couple of weeks when I stand. What does it sound like? Should I go to the hospital?
