I Started Having Serious Muscle Cramps About A Year And

I started having serious muscle cramps about a year and half. Muscle cramps that would cause contracture a in my gut, my hands feet. I am a firefighter and see my physician on a yearly basis for HTN and take benecar and toprol and its managed. I have discussed this with him and labs don't show anything out of norm. I'm concerned that I have something going on with me and its slowly getting worse. Is there any specialist in this area that you recommend or is this something that I am gonna have to deal with?
