I Started Having Severe Agonizing Pain In Both Arms ,

I started having severe agonizing pain in both arms , my doctor put me on cymbalta, it eases my stress and then she added flexeral, it did nothing, it has gotten so bad again, it wakes me out of a sound sleep, I have tried pillows under my arms, I don't know what to do anymore, I think I have ms or lupus., but the anitgen test was neg for lupus. is better in the am, then gets worse as the day goes on by night time, I can barely walk or lift my arms.
