I Started Having Symptoms In Dec. 2015, And Throughout 2016,

I started having symptoms in Dec. 2015, and throughout 2016, I was diagnosed with several things and have had injuries that I didnt do anything that I know of to cause the injury. My question is, could all these symptoms and diagnosis' be related to one cause? Not all diagnosis have remained. I will list them in the order diagnosed: Paroxysmal SuperVentricular Tachycardia (by PCP1 - not stay), Migraine Headaches (ER Dr - 2x) dehydration (several doctors all year), Shortness of Breath, Sinus Tachycardia, Palpitations, Tachycardia, Dizziness, Atypical Chest Pain (by Cardiologist - stayed), obstructive Sleep Apnea, Insomnia (by Sleep Specialist), Shoulder/neck Injury - pinched nerves, Degenerative Disc Disease in C5, C6 vertebrae & osteoarthritis (by PCP2 and Chiropractor - pain gone), Knee Pain - osteoarthritis (by PA - less pain in originating knee but now pain in both especially when trying to stand from sitting and going up stairs) and Iron Deficient Anemia (by PCP3 - Dec 2016 Dx).
I take Duloxetine 60mg day for Depression since before 2015, Vitamin D for deficiency noted before 2015, and Metoprolol 25mg day started Dec. 2015. In Nov and part of Dec I was on Gabepetin for nerve pain - not anymore. Yesterday I had an EKG at the Cardiologist. My BP was 110/90, Pulse 84. Can these all be traced to one problem? I've been told to drink more water, exercise and take my meds. With so many doctors, I am just hoping something isn't getting missed. Thanks!
