I Started Having These Pimples Or Sores That Would Be

I started having these pimples or sores that would be on my face and chest, neck and back oh also my head on my scalp well I have a habit of picking and I noticed that these sores would leave a huge hole and have infection in them along with a scab that had a black part to it
