I Started Hurting Really Bad In My Llq Last Wed.,

I started hurting really bad in my llq last Wed., then it eased up for about 3 days and now it is not only hurting in my llq, it is also hurting on both lower sides and up into the pit of my stomach and also around into my back. I've had 2 children and the pain is even worse. I can't stand up straight to walk and all my energy is depleted. I have also ran a low grade fever. I haven't had a BM in the last week. Is this kind of pain normal 4 severe fecal impaction. Is this severe pain normal? I'm going to take a an enema shortly, do you think this will help my pain? I can't even stand up straight for 2 days in a row. Any and all information on this will definitely make you a GOD
