I Started In June With A Hum In My Ear

I started in June with a hum in my ear off and on then I noticed I had a sore in my nose it would t go away. Had my Primary Dr. Prescribe antibiotic. Then it cleared up well it's back again and the noise in my right ear makes ummmmm in my ear off and on.
