I Started Itching My Libia And It Just Got More

I started itching my Libia and it just got more itch when I started to scratch it and so I went to go check what was happening so I felt it and it was hard and felt a little sore but only on one side, I was wearing shorts with no underwear could that be the problem? I've also had little bumps on
