I Started Itching Real Bad In My Groin Area One

I started itching real bad in my groin area one day after work and i would scratch so much it would get raw then it started above my butt about 2 to 3 inches and i would scratch it so much i would bleed so it stays sore all the time i keep neosporin on it so it want get infection it just itches so much what should i do
