I Started Masturbation At The Age Of 9 Yr Nd

I started masturbation at the Age of 9 yr nd now i m of 20yrs. I did it every day once nd some day twice. And now i feel like i am loosing my Learning power and i forget which i study and learned. How can i overcome from it. Plz. Help me. I am very much worried about my memory power.
