I Started Microgestin Two Sundays Ago , The Following Sunday

I started microgestin two sundays ago , the following Sunday after my period , and within the first week my boyfriend had came in me twice once on Friday and I had forgot to take my pill on Thursday, this is still the first week and then once again on Sunday , I continued to take my pill for another week and recently stopped , now I had one incident of brown discharge Sunday of this week ( it's Monday ) and I didn't get anything else until today when I woke up there was more , my boyfriend and I had intercourse today and it caused more brown blood and then we went again an hour later and even more , I went to use the bathroom and it was more red blood this time , but I am not getting any usual symptoms of my period , and I am scared that I am pregnant , what is going on ?
