I Started My Period March 10th And Know The Last

I started my period March 10th and know the last time I had intercourse was March 24th a week after that I have had all pregnancy symptoms except nausa. I have been in and out of the doctors and ER with a pain in the right side under ribs. They have run all possible test like ultra sound blood test ct scan and a colonoscopy. I have yet to have my period yet and I am always on time or by a day and have been regular for a long time like that. My blobs have been swollen for 2 weeks now and are tender. Normaly I have no change when my period come just mild cramps the day before. 3 blood tests have become negative and 3 urine test negative. I do have a cyst on my right overy but don't know if that has anything to do with what is going on. The doctors have no idea what is wrong with me so I'm truning to you. Any thoughts? Back in July 2015 I had an endoscopic pregnancy and had to have it removed. If that info helps. I went into the er for the same pain and they told me I was pregnant. Im just so confused on what's going on with me. Gallbladder liver and apendix are all fine based off of an ultra sound c.t. sc an and colonoscopy
