I Started My Period October 16 And It Did Not

I started my period October 16 and it did not stop till November 7. I have been to my obgyn and they say I am anemic right now and I am taking iron supplements now. Less than 2 weeks after I started spotting and now today I have fully started my period. The obgyn did a thyroid blood test and it came back that I have hypothyroid. I go to see my regular dr. Tuesday.
