I Started On Celexa 2/24/16 10mg And My Dr Said

I started on celexa 2/24/16 10mg and my dr said if it makes me nauseous to take half the next day, so I did and continued for the next two days but on 2/26/16 I got muscle spams in my right leg and hives on my arms, should I stop taking it? I tried to call my dr but he isn't available
