I Started Randomly Having Pains Under My Ribs On The

I started randomly having pains under my ribs on the right side today, and it quickly spread to my right shoulder. The pains have faded in and out throughout today and, at this moment, it is only my shoulder that is aching. What could this be? I am an 18 year old female with no known health problems.
