I Started Taking 30 Mg Of Cymbalta And On 2

I started taking 30 mg of cymbalta and on 2 separate occasions in the last 4 days I have ran a high temp and my eyes burn when I run fever, I take Tylenol for the fever but also my skin hurts when I run a fever and my heart rate will run about 120 beats per minute. I am having an episode right now but the tylenol has brought my fever down. Should I call my Dr. tomorrow or go to the ER NOW?
