I Started Taking AcipHex Last Week Went Away On A

I started taking AcipHex last week went away on a beach vacation for four days came home and both my calf muscles are so sore that I can hardly walk. Is there any link to the medication that could cause both my calf muscles to feel as though I've strained the muscles or torn them? I have not done any New exercises at all I walk 1 to 2 miles a day. However I did just start riding my bicycle around the neighborhood but I only rode couple of miles two days before the trip and I have a spin bike in the living room that I do use. So other than writing my bike outside I have done nothing different however my calf muscles are so sore it's very challenging to walk like to know if the medication has anything to do with it?
