I Started Taking Flomax And When I Got Up In

I started taking Flomax and when i got up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom, i fainted. I am also taking high blood pressure medication. What i did for the following few days is to drop my blood pressure medication and just take Flomax. I have been monitoring my blood pressure and it is excellent. I feel just fine. Does all this make sense?
