I Started Taking Levofloxacin 500 One A Day For 5

I started taking Levofloxacin 500 one a day for 5 days and prednisone 20 mg 2 for 5 days and then 1 for 5 days a resperitory infection. I took one doze of each yesterday and will be taking my second dose shortly. I feel better today but have noticed my cheeks are very red. Looks like I've used too much blush on them. Why would they be this way? I looked at side effects for both medicines and rash is listed but this doesn't look like a rash and doesn't itch.
