I Started Taking An Antibiotic For An Infection On My

I started taking an antibiotic for an infection on my thumb one month ago. My stool became more soft and 2 weeks after I was done taking it I got abdominal cramps and was going to the bathroom (bowl movements) throughout the day. There was always a mucus with it. Even if I did not eat there was a whitish/yellow mucus. THe cramping has stopped (it has been almost 2 weeks since the bad cramping) but I still have the white mucus when I go. Will this gradually disappear? Or should I call my doctor? I am taking probiotics now. Things "seem" to be calming down, but still, the white mucus.
