I Started Taking Anti Biotics About A Week Ago And

I started taking anti biotics about a week ago and I started having very very bad vaginal itching and it was irresistible, it burns, it itches, it hurts, and my clit hurts more than anything. My clit hurts when I wipe, I can hardly lay comfortably in my own bed it hurts so bad. I dont have money for medicine, i called my local health department and they couldnt help. Im about to go insane please help me find atleast a temporary relief from this
