I Started Taking Clarithromycin Today And Both The Dr And

I started taking clarithromycin today and both the dr and drug gest told me not to take my simvastatin, half asleep already I accidentally took it about 1 hr after the clarithromycin. Am I ok if I don't do anything else, no simvastatin tomorrow, but continue taking clarithromycin u til brochitis is gone?
