I started taking federally 20mg 2 times a day 48 hours ago I have hypersnomia I would sleep 16 hours a day and night anyways since taking addrell I haven't slept at all and I can't be still or stop shaking also my nose is pouring blood and I find myself just continuously talking even to myself in your opinion is 20 mg 2x daily too much
